I am responsible for the Technical Services Department which includes Technical Support and the Quality Control Laboratory as well as providing oversight to the R&D efforts and the development of new products.

I attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and received my B.S. in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Medical Technology. Prior to joining the Hardy Team, I worked for Santa Barbara County as a Public Health Microbiologist where I managed the Santa Maria Branch Public Health Laboratory. Our laboratory was one of Jay’s earliest customers and as such, I always appreciated Hardy Diagnostics’ level of quality and customer service. When I considered a career change, Hardy seemed to be the natural choice. I have never questioned the change that I made as it has been a challenging and rewarding experience.

My free time is spent on the golf course, bird watching, gardening, spending time with my husband, John, and taking care of my furry four-legged children.
