GBS QC Set (Live Culture) includes:

• E3 Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B, lb) derived from ATCC® 12401™*
• E5 Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B, lb) derived from ATCC® 12401™*
• E7 Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B, lb) derived from ATCC® 12401™*
• Neg Control Lactobacillus acidophilus derived from ATCC® 4356™

Quality control sets made for Cepheid products include four KWIK-STIK units: a low, medium, and high level of a single strain and a negative strain. For use with Cepheid's GeneXpert®. The S. species is group B, type Ib. The set includes: L. acidophilus (Neg) ATCC® 4356™, S. species E3 ATCC® 12401™, S. species E5 ATCC® 12401™, and S. species E7 ATCC® 12401™.

To use, simply crush the rehydrating ampule, mix, remove swab, and inoculate the agar plate, and inoculate the agar plate and use directly in the Cepheid® system.

Each shipment includes a Certificate of Assay, MSDS, and complete instructions. All shipments are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. A hazmat charge will be applied.
