Simple Procedure!

1. Add one drop Reagent 1 to each tube.
2. Select 1 - 4 colonies.
3. Suspend colony in Reagent 1. Mix.
4. Add one drop Reagent 2 to each tube. Mix.
5. Add five drops Reagent 3. Mix.
6. Add one drop of extract and one drop of group specific blue latex to each circle.
