StaphTEX™ Blue Kit is a rapid, latex agglutination slide-card test to detect coagulase and/or protein A characteristics associated with Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). The StaphTEX™ Blue Latex Reagent will react with either or both of these two characteristics.

Simple Procedure!

1. Place a drop of Latex Reagent for each specimen to be tested in a separate reaction circle.
2. Select 1 - 4 colonies.
3. Mix the organism into the Latex Reagent.
