Sabouraud Dextrose Agar with Lecithin and Tween® 80 is recommended for the cultivation of yeasts and fungi from environmental samples. Lecithin and Tween® 80 are added to neutralize the antimicrobial effects of disinfectants or cleaning solutions used on environmental surfaces. W71 is a standard size (15X100mm) passive settling plate for air monitoring of bacteria or fungi. Ideal for environmental monitoring in a clean room or clean bench setting.
