Standard Methods Agar (Plate Count Agar/Tryptone Glucose Yeast "TGY" Agar) is recommended for use in determining the microbial content in dairy products, food, water samples, and other material of sanitary importance.

3 Easy Steps:

1. Remove lid.
2. Gently press plate to surface without twisting or sliding.
3. Twist clockwise until frosted bands line up to lock lid into place.
